Purchasing the car you've always wanted is a dream woven into the fabric of being an American. It was muscle cars in the 60's and 70's, minivans in the 80's, SUVs in the 90's and hybrids in the last decade.
Along with the most popular type of car sought after by the fair citizens of the United States was the most popular type of car sought after by police to be ticketed. However, for the purposes of this blog we'll consider just the opposite - the cars least likely to be ticketed by law enforcement agencies across the country. My source? Why none other than a recent news article in a popular daily paper.
Dubbed 'rest-home specials' by the media - they share the common element of being snooze-worthy. They are all boring and unattractive - and if you can believe it about a vehicle - clunky, awkward and coarse. They have words attached to them like 'sedan' and 'family-vehicle'.
In addition, they include models such as Buick, Oldsmobile and Chevrolet - some of the stodgier names in automobile history. However, I will go no further in this discussion for fear that somewhere along the line I will alienate my readers - for certainly there are many out there who care nothing about owning supped-up models that go from 0 to 60 in the span of seconds.
Instead, they only wish to arrive at their destination safely and traffic ticket free. (I direct the rest of you to visit the website below for details to the list of the most boring cars).
Occasionally, I must turn this blog over more to lighthearted topics than the devestation caused by 18 wheeler accidents.
Greg Baumgartner is an 18 wheeler accident lawyer and the founder of the Baumgartner law firm, which is dedicated to helping personal injury victims seek civil justice. If you would like to speak with a tractor-trailer accident lawyer call the Baumgartner firm.
